   All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax). 3. Ordering

   ORDERS MAY ONLY BE MADE BY USING THE CART. Delivery will not be undertaken until full payment has been received in our bank account.

4. Lay-By (within NZ)

   Lay-by service is available for items totalling $30 or more. The service is basically 20% deposit with the balance to be paid off within 3 months. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs of storage, processing, and any loss in retail value. If you would like to pay by lay-by, please contact us through our Store communications and we'll be happy to help you.

5. Postage & Packing Costs

   Postage and packing for dispatch to addresses in New Zealand will be determined at the checkout and will be based on the then current standard NZ Post scale. If you are ordering from overseas you will be advised by Grandma's Place of the applicable postage cost upon our receipt of your order. We will await your confirmation and payment prior to filling the order.

6. Customers Outside of New Zealand

   1. Conversion Rates

      If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the actual conversion rate into your currency will be determined by the applicable bank rate charged by your credit company on the day the purchase is made. These rates are in no way determined by Grandma's Place.

   2. Postage & Packaging

      If you are ordering from overseas you will be advised by Grandma's Place of the applicable postage cost upon our receipt of your order. We will await your confirmation and payment prior to filling the order.

   3. Customs

      You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
