All products offered by Grandma's & Grando's Place are NEW unless stated otherwise in the listing.

We do carry a wide range of stock at our premises here in Wellington, New Zealand. Some items are more efficiently stored and dispatched direct from the importer's warehousing.

After purchase you will receive a computer generated email confirming the sale. Also included will be our bank account detail and payment methods available to you.
These include:
- Secure on-line credit/debit card payments through www.paymate.co.nz
- Over the counter deposit at Kiwibank
- Cash on pickup.
- Lay-By (within NZ)
Lay-by service is available for items totalling $50 or more. The service is basically 20% deposit with the balance to be paid off within 3 months. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs of storage, processing, and any loss in retail value. If you would like to pay by lay-by, please contact us through our Store communications and we'll be happy to help you.

Please note we do not accept cheques.

We dispatch once payment has been received by us. Prompt payment will mean prompt dispatch.

All Prices include GST and are quoted in NZ Dollars.

Postage & Packing Costs
Postage and packing for dispatch to addresses in New Zealand will be based on the then current standard NZ Post scale. If you require delivery by other means Grandma's Place will advise of the applicable delivery cost. We will await your confirmation and full payment prior to filling the order.

Customers Outside of New Zealand
1. Conversion Rates
If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the actual conversion rate into $NZ currency will be determined by the exchange rate charged by your card company. These rates are in no way determined by Grandma's Place.
2. Postage & Packaging
Overseas buyers will be advised by Grandma's Place of the applicable postage cost. We will await your confirmation and full payment prior to filling the order.
3. Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
4. By using this web site, you confirm that you are not breaching any local laws or regulations existing where you are at the time of your use or where you normally reside.
