Shipping
Postage & packing for dispatch to addresses in New Zealand will be determined at the checkout and postage will be based on the then current standard NZ Post scale. If you are ordering from overseas you will be advised by Grandma's Place of the applicable postage cost upon our receipt of your order. We will await your confirmation and payment prior to filling the order.
All items are dispatched by standard NZ Post, Monday to Friday. Alternative methods such as Fast Post or couriers may be utilised on payment of the additional charges.
We are happy to combine items purchased at the same time. Packing and postage will be calculated automatically at the checkout by aggregating the weight of items being purchased.

Conversion Rates
If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand the actual conversion rate into your currency will be determined by the applicable bank rate charged by your credit company on the day the purchase is made. The actual conversion rate for your currency will be determined by your bank/credit card provider. Conversion rates are in no way determined by Grandma's Place.
